The Carlton
covered toilet roll holder is a good example of a style which can work
equally well with a traditional or a modern bathroom. |
||
The Dado from
Inda is a very distinctive style, probably better suited to contemporary
surroundings. |

The Logic
open toilet roll holder is an alternative to the bar style shown above.
It is a fairly simple shape, but again best suited to the contemporary
bathroom. |

This
Kingston double post toilet roll holder is more typical of traditional
design. Today most of these are constructed from metal. The older wooden
types are not so common now. |

The toilet
roll holder can also be free standing, like this one from the Valsan
collection. This particular model has a heavy glass base, but they are
also available with round metal bases. Although the general styling
is quite contemporary, there is a traditional feel to this type of roll
holder. |

Often free standing
toilet roll holders are combined with other accessories. This one is
from the Vella collection by Valsan and incorporates a toilet brush. |
